After 30 years as a personal trainer and functional movement specialist, posture therapy is the missing link to keep clients injury free and performing their best.
We spend so much of our day seated, staring at a screen, driving everywhere…causing us to have tight hips and slouched posture. Not to mention our unique injury history, way of sleeping, sitting, sports and work affect our posture daily.
It makes sense you’d benefit from a personalized series of exercises and stretches to put you into better alignment so you can feel and perform your best.
This daily movement practice is custom designed to rebalance your body's alignment and function. A movement practice that changes the same way your lifestyle changes from season to season…as your activities, sports, work or life changes.
Your personalized daily movement practice reinforces the work your chiropractor, acupuncturist and massage therapists do and prepares your body for exercise, sports or just living your best life.

doing the tyler twist exercise exacerbates the pain in my (right) elbow in the moment. Should I not do it?
I have one on my wrist just under my thumb I work in animation and draw every day for 8-9 hours a day so I think it’s from that it gets quite sore, surgery has been offered on the nhs but I worry about the time I will need to have off work, also I worry about damage to nerves and it is close to my artery so there’s that to
I would love to get some relief from my tennis elbow. Please send copy.
For those who have a bump on the back of the wrist, you may try the table edge method. First close the hand into a tight fist, bend the wrist to bulge the bump out, and quickly hit the bump against the table's edge several times until the bump is flatten or is no longer there. It is like doing kung-fu against the table's edge, but do not do it too hard. Good luck and I hope it will work for you.
I'm a diesel mechanic. I have 2 herniated discs L4, L5, S1. I deadlifted a brand new 68RFE transmission out of the box today (between 300 & 400lbs) to put it onto the jack. My back didn't hurt at all during or after. Maybe deadlifts are the answer for me?
I have it on outside part of the wrist. What exercises do you recommend?
Thanks, Jamie! I haven't seen that supinator exercise yet, and it helped more than the tyler twist did!
Ice isnt good for golfers elbow
And don't forget to ice after the exercises.
Yeah I'm halfway through treating my golfers elbow at home already heaps better after 1 month I got it from reintroducing deadlifts and the ball falling to my fingers
Ohhhh. I desperately need help with my golfers elbow. Can I have the book please.
Can you do this if both arms have golfers elbow?
Why not show us a pic of your cyst. No way any of this will get rid of a cyst.
BS VIDEO PEOPLE
Great video! The links below does not work. Pain is happening when I am trying to extend my wrist (push ups and yoga cat/cow position) Anything I can do to fix using my red Theraband flex bar? Didn’t find a good video about this online
Should we take supplemental Vitamin D if we get 20-30 minutes of direct sunlight daily (I’m in Florida, btw)
I should probably invest in a fleshlight..
It provides pain relief but never really makes it go away I find
It’s been two weeks since I stopped working out at the first sign but I don’t really know what to do. So I bought some 5lb weights from Dicks and I am going to try this arm exercise on a table to strengthen it so it can get back to 100% strength training again with my 10lb dumbbells. I even took a break from cardio I was so scared of making it worse.
In a similar situation - how are you now ?
Trap bar deadlifts with difficult weight have caused me no pain Barbell deadlifts are a different story. Don't Barbell DL after a herniated disc.
I've been struggling with this for so long, but this finally fixed the issue for me😅 Thank you so much ❤️
Type 1 is for skin right? Type 2 is for tendons?
I liked how you defused the situation regarding the innuendos.
Thank you for this video. You're a saint. I did this for two-three weeks and my elbow pain is almost completely gone.
I cannot sleep at night because of pain. Your book would really help me.
Hello. Been having golfers elbow for 2 months now. Just started physio with laser & electro treatment. 3rd session and still the pain is ongoing. Losing faith in the treatment. Please send me a copy. Thanks!
Depends on where the cyst is , it is is in a joint, you can not do that. Mine was between finger joint and palm of hand ring finger, went and had a cortisone shot and it takes 3 weeks to go away and so it was a trigger finger they said it was from over working the hand. I AM A BAKER?😊
The first one kinda weird😅😂
Pathetic
Thank you very much
Yes please for the book

Hi
Here you go: bit.ly/elbow-tendonitis
Great explanation, thanks! Possible tip for someone, I think I'm able to use the flexbar to break up scars on forearm instead of the stick. I sit with my right leg crossed over left, then put flexbar perpendicular between my forearm and thigh, supinate forearm, then roll back and forth. Feels amazing!
If you watched this video 9years ago and maybe you were 31 now you're 40.Years are passing by so fast
Can I please have the book?

Wow. I'm following what your doing while your talking and it helps, my back is not bothering me but my abs is shaking which is a good thing means I'm engaging it right😊
That's great!

Thank you for this video! Just started learning PNF in my massage therapy course and these are great in reinforcing what I’m learning (: thanks!
Awesome!
Fab video! I’ve been rehabbing my GE since January and I ordered the Red one and it’s just arrived. I play darts and I’ve not been at the board this year 😢 Upsetting and very frustrating. Looking forward to trying this out. Thank you 👍
Thank you for helping me…
Very welcome!
